Outsourcing Junior

We are currently seeking a full-time professional at Junior level to grow our outsourcing team and embark on this exciting venture. What will you do? 

·         Accounting: Processing various aspects of clients' accounting, including supplier invoices, sales invoices, inventory movements, fixed assets, bank transactions, travel expenses and preparing reconciliation files.

·         Financial and Management Reporting: Assisting with preparing statutory financial reports and Management reports for clients.

·         Tax Reporting: Preparing VAT returns and Corporate Income Tax returns with the help of a senior consultant.

·         Statistical Reporting: Preparation of statistical reporting, such as Intrastat.

·         Collaboration: Coordinating with other Forvis Mazars departments such as tax department and external auditors.

What are we looking for? 

An agile and business as well as people-oriented outsourcing professional with an international mind-set and the following competences, qualities and qualifications: 

·         Education: A high school or university degree in business administration. Accounting or similar. 

·         Language Skills: In addition to fluent Finnish, proficiency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages such as Swedish or German is a plus. 

·         Local Expertise: Knowledge of Finnish accounting and tax regulations. 

·         Experience: 1-2 years (Junior) professional experience in a similar position. 

·         Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.  Experience with accounting software like Netvisor is considered a plus.
