Fred Dearden Head of Private Equity Advisory

Fred is Head of Private Equity Advisory for the firm. He is responsible for leading our strategy with Private Equity from its Advisory and Consulting practice. The role comprises both business development and client delivery, with the latter relating to providing advice to management teams seeking investment from a private equity house.

Experience 

He has over nine years of M&A experience having worked on and led a number of mid-market transactions across a range of sectors for entrepreneurial, private equity and corporate clients. He has delivered a number of transactions for clients from both a sell-side, buy-side perspective and also has a range of experience of management advisory roles.

Fred leads our Private Equity Advisory practice, which is focused on providing services to private equity funds, managers and portfolio companies. Fred also leads the business’ Management Advisory business within the M&A practice, providing advice to management teams who are undertaking private equity investment.
