Consultant/Senior Consultant in Consulting & Advisory

Forvis Mazars in Mauritius is actively recruiting Consultant/Senior Consultant in Consulting & Advisory to join our Financial Advisory Line. We are seeking for individuals ideally having +2 to +4 years of experience earned either in External Audit department or Deals / Transactions department, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to management.
The individual will be actively involved in:
- Valuation and transactions;
- Audit support for valuation, financial instruments and IFRS issues;
- Market intelligence research; and
- Any other advisory role which may be assigned
Qualifications and experience
- ACA or ACCA qualified;
- Embarking on another qualification (e.g. CFA, or CF etc) will be a plus
- Initial understanding of valuation and corporate finance matters;
- Possess positive “can do” attitude to challenges and agility to multitask effectively across competing priorities;
- Promotes the firm’s values and beliefs, demonstrating integrity and maintaining an ethical stance, using flexibility and tact to express views as necessary
