He specialises in regulatory change, enterprise risk and operating model transformation, delivering large‑scale cross‑border programmes under intense supervisory scrutiny globally.

Experience

Gregory is a Partner at Forvis Mazars and serves as Global Head of Financial Services Advisory and UK Head of Financial Services, roles he has developed over more than 20 years in financial services consulting. 

He has extensive experience advising large, complex financial institutions, central banks and regulators on regulatory change, risk management and enterprise‑wide transformation. His work includes leading sovereign and banking‑sector stress testing, asset quality and portfolio reviews, governance and control assessments, and large‑scale cross‑border remediation and transformation programmes. 

Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered system‑wide and multi‑jurisdictional engagements, working closely with boards, executive committees and senior regulatory stakeholders. In his current role, he combines hands‑on advisory leadership with responsibility for shaping Forvis Mazars’ global financial services strategy and international delivery model.

A significant career highlight has been leading large‑scale, cross‑border stress testing and sector‑wide risk programmes for banks and regulators, including work operating at sovereign, banking‑system and supervisory level. 

He has also successfully delivered complex international remediation and transformation programmes, helping financial institutions respond to heightened regulatory scrutiny while strengthening governance, resilience and operating models.
