Forvis Mazars continues to grow – a total of 12 new employees will start in Oslo and Bergen in August following a recruitment round marked by record-high interest and a strong pool of applicants.
Strong interest and a high number of qualified applicants have characterized this year’s recruitment round. Now, 12 new employees are set to start in Oslo and Bergen this August.
“We are growing, and it is incredibly gratifying that we can now strengthen our team with so many skilled professionals within audit, accounting, and legal services,” says HR Director Lise Lotte Brovold.
The distribution reflects the company’s presence, with nine new employees joining in Oslo and three in Bergen.
She explains that the interest in the positions has been significant. “We have noticed that we have become a more attractive workplace following the merger between Forvis and Mazars, which is reflected in the applications. The quality of applicants has never been stronger,” says Brovold.
According to Forvis Mazars’ HR Director, this year’s recruitment round has stood out in both volume and quality.
“There is a high demand to join us, and we have seen a clear increase in both the number and caliber of applications. It’s a luxury problem — we could have hired even more,” she adds.
