Professional Background
Florence is a Partner at Forvis Mazars, specializing in accounting, outsourcing services, and financial operations management. She graduated from the French National Agronomic Institute of Paris-Grignon (AgroParisTech).
She began her career at Mazars Paris in 1999 as a Junior Auditor, before moving to Mazars Prague in 2001, where she worked as a Senior Auditor leading audit assignments for international clients. She later returned to Paris as an Audit Manager, further strengthening her expertise in audit and financial reporting.
In 2006, she joined Mazars Russia, marking a key step in her international career. She became Director of the Accounting & Outsourcing Services Department in 2007, and was elected Mazars Group Partner in 2009.
In June 2013, Florence was appointed Managing Partner of Mazars in Russia, where she led a firm of approximately 200 professionals across Moscow, Saint Petersburg, and Bishkek, overseeing four business lines: Audit, Outsourcing, Financial Advisory, and Tax & Legal services.
She brings more than 15 years of experience in financial services within Mazars, with a strong international track record across Europe and Eurasia.
She is also Co-Chair of the CCIFR Tax & Accounting Committee and actively participates in major business organizations including CCIFR, AEB, and RBCC.
She is fluent in French, English, and Russian.
