Key responsibilities

This senior leadership role is ideal for professionals with 12-15 years' of experience in external audit, preferably from Big 10 or other leading international firms, and a proven ability to manage complex engagements across multiple sectors such as financial services, real estate, construction, manufacturing and technology.

As an audit director, you will be responsible for overseeing high-value audit engagements, ensuring compliance with IFRS, ISA and local standards, and driving strategic initiatives to support business growth. You will also play a key role in mentoring senior team members and maintaining the highest standards of audit quality and client service.

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex audit and assurance engagements
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of high-value clients across various industries
  • Provide technical expertise on IFRS, ISA and local GAAP
  • Review audit work and reports for accuracy and compliance
  • Support partners in strategic initiatives, including client development and market expansion
  • Lead and mentor senior audit staff and managers
  • Collaborate on improving audit methodologies and risk management processes
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and audit committee discussions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field
  • Professional certification: ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent
  • Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in audit and assurance, including 3-5 years in a senior managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA and local financial reporting standards
