Key responsibilities
To handle day-to-day HR operations including payroll processing, employee benefits administration, leave management, and end-of-service settlements while ensuring accurate records and compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for all departments
- Manage and review payroll operations to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Oversee end-of-service calculations, visa processing, and employee exits
- Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with UAE Labour Law and company standards
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Monitor leave balances, attendance, and ensure proper HR record-keeping
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management
- Lead performance appraisal cycles and support career development initiatives
- Liaise with external authorities (MOHRE, Immigration, Insurance, etc.) as needed
- Supervise and guide the HR Executive and HR team members
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/CIPD preferred)
- Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
