HR Manager

Key responsibilities

To lead and manage all human resources functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll oversight and compliance with UAE labour law. The HR Manager ensures that HR policies and practices support the company’s objectives while promoting a positive workplace culture.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for all departments
  • Manage and review payroll operations to ensure accuracy and timely processing
  • Oversee end-of-service calculations, visa processing, and employee exits
  • Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with UAE Labour Law and company standards
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Monitor leave balances, attendance, and ensure proper HR record-keeping
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management
  • Lead performance appraisal cycles and support career development initiatives
  • Liaise with external authorities (MOHRE, Immigration, Insurance, etc.) as needed
  • Supervise and guide the HR Executive and HR team members

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/CIPD preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
