Our history

Forvis Mazars began its journey in Belgium in 1978, with the establishment of its first office in Antwerp, primarily offering audit services. 
The following decades, the firm expanded its footprint and capabilities through strategic alliances and organic growth, opening offices in Brussels, Ghent, Louvain-la-Neuve and Tournai, forming a national network that now supports clients across all three Belgian regions.

A global network

In June 2024, Mazars and Forvis joined forces to create Forvis Mazars, a top 10 global professional services network. Operating in over 100 countries and territories, the network brings together more than 40,000 professionals under a single brand and integrated partnership model.
