Marketing, Communications & Business Development Senior (x1)

Job description

• Oversee the preparation, compilation, review, and submission of service tender proposals and all required returnable documents.
• Track outstanding tender requirements and proactively follow up with internal stakeholders to obtain documentation, approvals, and signatures.
• Analyze tender performance, submission volumes, win rates, and business development metrics, etc.
• Prepare, review, and submit compliance, KYC, due diligence, and vendor registration documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Develop and maintain brand-compliant localised templates, marketing collateral, and communication materials.
• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that support business development objectives.
• Support and supervise social media campaigns, content development, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Project management and reporting.
• Implement Business Development strategies.
• Prepare and submit a daily progress report to the manager/ Partner, outlining completed tasks, pending actions, deadlines, risks, and follow-ups.
• Any other work assigned by the manager/partner in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration & Procurement, Marketing or equivalent.
• Strong supervisory abilities.
• Be able to work under high pressure without compromising quality.
• Self-driven and quick learner.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite is necessary.
• Flexible team player.
