PMK No 15 Year 2025
Ministry of Finance has issued regulation No. 15 Year 2025 concerning tax audit (“PMK-15”). PMK-15 has effectively applied on 14 February 2025. PMK-15 has also revoked PMK No. 17/PMK.03/2013 along with its amendment, PMK No. 256/PMK.03/2014, and Article 105 PMK No. 18/PMK.03/2021.
