Payroll Supervisor
Graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration with proven experience in similar positions.
Functions:
- Payroll calculation (different sectoral labour regimes).
- Calculation of provisions (CTS, bonuses, holidays)
- Calculation of AFP's, 5th category income, subsidies, settlements, etc.
- Drawing up and renewal of contracts, filing of employment contracts for internal use.
- Various procedures: Essalud, AFP, Mintra, etc.
- Other duties specific to the position.
Academic requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting or related fields
Knowledge, competences and skills:
Knowledge:
- Current labor legislation
- T-registration, PLAME
- Ms Office Intermediate (Essential)
- Advanced English (Essential)
- Knowledge and experience in human resources processes (Desirable)
