Payroll Supervisor

Graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration with proven experience in similar positions.

Functions:

  • Payroll calculation (different sectoral labour regimes).
  • Calculation of provisions (CTS, bonuses, holidays)
  • Calculation of AFP's, 5th category income, subsidies, settlements, etc.
  • Drawing up and renewal of contracts, filing of employment contracts for internal use.
  • Various procedures: Essalud, AFP, Mintra, etc.
  • Other duties specific to the position.

Academic requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting or related fields

Knowledge, competences and skills:

Knowledge:

  • Current labor legislation
  • T-registration, PLAME
  • Ms Office Intermediate (Essential)
  • Advanced English (Essential)
  • Knowledge and experience in human resources processes (Desirable)
