Accounting & Outsourcing Manager (AOS Manager)
About the Role:
As an AOS Manager, you will play a key role in leading accounting outsourcing engagements and managing a diverse portfolio of clients. You will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure high-quality financial reporting, support clients with financial and operational matters, and contribute to the growth and development of the team. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a client-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting outsourcing portfolios and client engagements
• Review financial statements and reporting deliverables
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, fiscal requirements and legislation
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting and reporting standards
• Team management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills in Albanian and English
• Experience in professional services or consulting firms is an advantage
