With over 12 years' experience in auditing and then in Transaction Services at Deloitte, Xavier Baron joined Mazars' Transaction Services team in 2013 to support companies and investment funds, in buy-side and sell-side, in France as well as internationally. Over the course of his career, he has advised on over 80 M&A transactions in the small & mid cap segment, in a variety of sectors.
