Morris Kaplan Head of Valuations

Morris is the Head of Valuations and specializes in the Valuation of businesses across multiple industries.

During the almost 30 years that Morris has been involved in the Valuation profession, he has been involved in many and varied assignments covering many industries and professions from Small to Medium Enterprises to large Private and Public Companies including appearing as Expert Witness.

Assignments have been broad and numerous including, Tax Consolidations, Purchase Price Allocations, Impairment Reviews from both an IFRS and US GAAP perspective, ESOP’s, Corporate Restructures, Capital Gains Tax, Estate Planning, Strategic Planning, Management Advisory & Damages Valuations.

Morris is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of South Africa, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, a Certified Valuation Analyst from the NACVA in the USA and holds the International Certified Valuation Specialist (ICVS) qualification of IACVS.
