Forvis Mazars in Japan: connecting beyond the office

On 29 - 30 October, around 150 colleagues from Forvis Mazars in Japan headed to Kanazawa and Fukui for our third group trip - two days to explore, unwind and get to know the people we work with.

From Kanazawa’s historic streets and Kenrokuen Garden to an evening together at a traditional onsen ryokan, the trip created opportunities to connect across teams and share experiences outside our everyday routines.

Day two offered something for different interests: exploring the dramatic Tojinbo coastline, trying traditional crafts and soba making, or discovering the world of dinosaurs at Fukui’s Dinosaur Museum.

Our people shape who we are. Taking time together helps us build relationships, understand one another better and strengthen the sense of belonging that carries into our working lives. As our firm grows, these connections help us grow together.
