Mia Bauer Bruce Accountant - Senior Associate – Audit

Mia Bauer Bruce holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School in Bergen and a master’s degree in Business Administration from OsloMet, with a primary focus on Strategy and Management and a secondary focus on Financial Analysis. She joined Forvis Mazars in the autumn of 2023 after completing her studies.

Through previous internships, Mia worked with efficiency improvement and robotic process automation in the insurance industry, where she gained experience in process improvement and analytical work. At Forvis Mazars, she has supported clients within, among others, the industrial, technology, and retail sectors, and has developed a strong understanding of the regulatory frameworks and challenges across different industries.

Mia works in a structured and goal-oriented manner, with a strong focus on quality and progress. She takes an analytical approach to problem-solving and quickly adapts to new environments and client needs, making her a valuable contributor at Forvis Mazars.
