Tom-Erik Æsøy is a state-authorized public accountant and state-authorized auditor with a Bachelor's degree in auditing. He has extensive experience in auditing and accounting for companies in a variety of industries, gained through his work at Forvis Mazars and Øcon Regnskap.

At Olstad Revisjon, which is now Forvis Mazars, he started as an audit associate and advanced to the role of engagement manager for accounting assignments, a position he continued to hold after the firm's transition to Forvis Mazars. This experience has provided him with deep insights into financial reporting, compliance with deadlines, and effective engagement management.

At Forvis Mazars, Tom-Erik contributes comprehensive expertise in areas such as risk management, independent assessments, financial reporting, as well as advisory and crisis management. His role also involves assisting clients with tax optimization, corporate structures, and international regulatory compliance.
