Obligation to Hold an Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

On the obligation to hold a mandatory Annual Shareholders' Meeting to approve Financial Statements

It should be noted that a company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting must be held within the first three months of the year (the deadline expires on March 31, 2026).

The AGM must approve the company's Annual Report and Financial Statements at the end of the previous year, as well as decide on the possible allocation of profits and other key aspects, such as the appointment or revocation of powers, amendments to the articles of association, among others.
