Accountant AOS
Forvis Mazars in Pakistan is a leading international audit, tax and advisory firm, is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our esteemed team as a Senior Accounts Executive for our AOS department at Karachi office. Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Management Accounts on monthly basis on accounting software of Individuals, Business Individuals, Association of Persons & Companies.
- Preparation of income tax withholding challan and filing of 165(1) (Statement of withholding taxes filed voluntarily).
- Preparation of sales tax & sales tax on services returns.
- Preparation of tax deduction certificate u/s 165 (including salary) at the end of the tax year.
- Proficient use of applicable software programs, including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or relevant field.
- ACCA/CA background preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year.
Skills:
- Decent understanding of tax and finance principles.
- Experience of handling financials is a plus.
