Anwar has 26 years of experience across different service lines mainly assurance and internal audit.

During the last 26 years he provided external and internal audit services to local and multinational clients including several stock exchanges listed and traded clients, in various lines of business namely in the consumer and industrial products and services.

Anwar has vast experience with a variety of industries including telecommunication, governmental, investments, real estate development, healthcare, construction & engineering, retail & trading, manufacturing and other consumer and industrial products and services.

Anwar has wealth of experience in various countries in the Middle East with different accounting frameworks and regulations (i.e. Egypt, Saudi Arabia and UAE). Used a variety of accounting standards (i.e. EAS, IFRS, SOCPA and US GAAP), has excellent knowledge of the risk assessment and internal controls evaluation.
