Hashem Khawaja Director, Energy & Infrastructure Advisory

Hashem is a Director based in our Riyadh office, having recently relocated from London. He joined the Forvis Mazars M&A team in January 2019 and has since advised on a wide range of transactions across the energy and infrastructure sector, including buy-side, sell-side, and debt raising mandates.

He has extensive experience working with developers, IPPs, utilities, and investors across the wider ecosystem, supporting clients on investment feasibility, valuations, and capital raising across both equity and debt structures. His experience spans multiple jurisdictions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Hashem qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte, where he spent four years in the Banking & Capital Markets team.
