Diana Shopova Senior Manager

Diana Shopova is member of Forvis Mazars Bulgaria audit department since December 2022 and is mainly responsible for managing audits of companies in the financial services sector. Her main responsibility is to manage audit engagements throughout all stages, sharing technical expertise, supporting audit teams in the application of International Standards on Auditing and Forvis Mazars Audit Methodology, in addition to ensuring smooth coordination with joint-auditors and systematic client support. Her other roles include roll-out of Forvis Mazars group audit methodology, implementation of audit-related IT solutions and conducting trainings with the overall objective to further enhance the audit teams’ performance and the quality of provided audit services.

Diana is a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) since 2015.
