Professional Background
Guillaume is a Partner at Forvis Mazars, specialized in corporate finance, treasury management, and audit of listed groups, with a strong focus on the Media & Information sectors. He began his career at Mazars in 2000, where he initially developed expertise in auditing listed companies, particularly in media and telecommunications.
A Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor, and graduate of ESSEC Business School, he built strong expertise in financial risk management and corporate financing operations, supporting a wide range of corporate treasury departments since 2005, across both large corporates and mid-sized companies.
He became a Partner in 2011, taking responsibility for the Corporate Financing & Treasury Expertise Center, which brings together a multidisciplinary team supporting companies on financing strategy, liquidity management, risk management, and treasury organization.
In 2012, he was appointed Head of the Media & Information sector in France, where he leads the development of Mazars’ sector expertise across press, communication, entertainment, and advertising industries.
He actively contributes to thought leadership through industry events and publications, and has participated since 2015 in the TechShare program, supporting leaders of innovative unlisted companies preparing for capital markets.
