Hristina Vakareliyska Head of HR and Support

Hristina works closely with the company’s Partner and collaborates across business units, serving as a strategic advisor to managers. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, HR budgeting and Group reporting. She oversees the onboarding of new employees and ensures the development of structured training plans aligned with established career paths. Hristina serves as the local administrator of Mazars University and is the Country Leader for Diversity and Inclusion. She is also a member of the HR Coordinating Team for the CEE region, representing Bulgaria within a network of 16 countries. Recruitment strategy and workforce planning are among her key priorities. In addition, Hristina leads payroll operations for Bulgaria.
