Kristina Stefanova Sustainability Advisory Manager

Kristina Stefanova joined Forvis Mazars Bulgaria’s advisory team in 2019, working on advisory projects across the financial sector (banking and insurance) and the energy industry. In 2022, she established the firm’s sustainability services in Bulgaria, focusing on sustainable finance, strategy, CSRD readiness, and ESG/ESRS reporting and assurance. She supports clients in meeting EU Sustainable Finance requirements and has participated in limited assurance engagements on sustainability statements. Kristina is a member of the CPOSA Sustainability Council and the IDES working group, contributing to professional training on corporate sustainability, climate and environmental risks, and European sustainability reporting standards.
