Adam is the Group Head of Restructuring & Insolvency at Forvis Mazars based in our London office with 20 years’ corporate and personal insolvency experience.

Experience

Recognised for his strategic insight and pragmatic approach, Adam specialises in corporate restructuring, advising various stakeholders, secured and unsecured creditors, directors, and shareholders on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency options. He works closely with clients across a range of sectors, helping them stabilise operations, optimise financial performance, and maximise value in challenging situations. Adam has undertaken many cross-border restructuring and insolvency assignments and maintains a strong network of contacts across the UAE and MENA regions.

Work highlights

• Trading administration and sale of a £16m turnover manufacturing business in the UK with 97 staff. Traded from 3 premises and was the main supplier to all major supermarkets and cinema chains which failed as a result of a product recall and intervention by FSA.
• Trading administration and sale of £60m turnover international marketing agency with offices in Hong Kong, USA, Russia, and UK.
• Liquidator of various property development companies where investigations have identified in excess of £10m of funds has been diverted from the estates.
• Trading administration and sale of a satellite communications business and sole provider to the government’s secure communications TETRA network supporting all three blue light services in the UK.
• Trustee of various individuals involved in tax-avoidance schemes.
