Audit, Partner Yosuke Fukuda

Over 20 years of experience in real estate-related tax, accounting, and advisory services.

Worked in the fixed asset tax division of a designated city government, handling land and building taxation.

After passing the CPA exam, gained experience in real estate audits, valuation, tax, and advisory services at a major audit firm, a real estate appraisal company, and a consulting firm.

Joined Forvis Mazars Japan in December 2019. Currently responsible for audit engagements involving real estate funds, including J-REIT, renewable energy funds, manufacturing, and service industries.

 

Author of: ‘The book to understand the price of real estate <first edition>’ (co-authored by Nikkei BP, April 2016). ‘Illustrations & Examples: Tax, Legal and Accounting of Asset Succession’ (co-authored by Chuokeizai-sha, April 2017)
