Forvis Mazars' team advised the owner of the company TP Varaždin in the process of selling its separate retail business to Narodni trgovački lanac (NTL), a retail chain ranked in the top 10 by market share. By acquiring around 90 Kitro retail stores, NTL is expanding its operations to four more Croatian counties (Varaždin, Međimurje, Krapina-Zagorje and Koprivnica-Križevci), thus increasing the number of retail outlets to more than 350.
