What does the program include?

The program includes the development of technical and soft skills and the application of acquired knowledge in field work.

  • Audit processes
  • Audit methodology
  • Basics of accounting
  • Core audit procedures for financial statement line items
  • How to work in audit-specific software
  • Advanced use of Excel and other audit tools

Duration and Terms

While you will mostly be working with colleagues from the Audit department, you will also have access to the knowledge and tools of the entire Forvis Mazars Group, and you'll be able to connect with colleagues from other departments – Accounting, Payroll, Tax, and Financial Advisory.

The program lasts for three months, from September 5 to December 15, and is conducted full-time, with significant flexibility and understanding for your academic commitments. Apprentices will be paid for all hours worked, including time spent in training. You will also receive regular feedback on your performance to support your professional development.

What does the selection process look like?

  • Knowledge testing ➡ covering accounting, journal entries, financial statement analysis, logic
  • Speed-dating interviews with managers and HR
  • Online assessment of your work profile and capabilities
  • Final interview with the Head of the Audit Department
