As of 1 September 2026, Forvis Mazars in Japan is further strengthening its Corporate Finance and Valuation practice as part of our continued investment in Financial Advisory and our broader growth strategy.

To support this expansion, Akira Koga has joined Forvis Mazars Financial Advisory as a Partner, focusing on Corporate Finance and Valuation. He brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking and M&A advisory, both in Japan and internationally.

By combining deep local expertise with the strength of our international network, we aim to further enhance our M&A advisory capabilities and provide greater support to clients pursuing strategic growth, transformation and cross-border opportunities.
