Martine Torp Astin Lawyer – Legal

Martine is an attorney specializing in planning and building law, administrative law, and property law. She graduated from the University of Bergen in 2010 and has ten years of professional experience, with a background from the public sector, including the County Governor’s Office and the Rent Disputes Tribunal. At the County Governor’s Office, Martine gained more than five years of experience handling appeals in planning cases, building cases, and cadastral/property matters. At the Rent Disputes Tribunal, she provided legal advice and dispute resolution in matters under the Tenancy Act.
She brings her solid experience and expertise in property law—particularly where it intersects with administrative law—into her role as an attorney at Forvis Mazars Norway. She obtained her attorney license with us in 2025 and primarily assists our clients with legal advice and dispute resolution related to building cases, planning cases, cadastral matters, and property law.
