Željka Košanski is an HR consultant with over 20 years of experience, including more than ten years in leadership positions. She supports organizations through demanding changes such as mergers, restructuring, and organizational culture transformation – helping align systems, leadership and the overall employee experience.

Her focus is on developing sustainable strategies for managing and developing human potential, designing and improving HR processes, performance management and reward systems, and strengthening engagement through training, communication and team facilitation.

She is a certified EMCC coach and NLP trainer, with additional accreditations for using tools like DISC Flow, Wave Assessment, SDI, and for emotional intelligence evaluation at Genos. She regularly conducts workshops, training sessions, and consultations for organizations in various sectors – from finance and consulting to technology and service industries.
