Forvis Mazars in Slovenia welcomes new Tax Partner Robert Pritržnik
We are pleased to announce that Robert Pritržnik has joined Forvis Mazars in Slovenia as a Partner in the Tax Advisory service line.
With more than 18 years of professional experience, Robert advises clients on a broad range of tax and legal matters, helping businesses navigate increasingly complex regulatory and international tax environments.
Throughout his career, he has focused primarily on corporate taxation, cross-border business operations, corporate restructurings, tax due diligence projects, and transfer pricing. He also has extensive experience in tax audit procedures, including Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) and the negotiation and conclusion of the first Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) in Slovenia.
In addition to his tax expertise, Robert has a strong background in corporate, accounting, and employment law.
A recognized expert and lecturer, Robert regularly contributes to professional publications and delivers seminars and webinars for leading professional organizations. In recent period, he has been particularly active in the field of Pillar II and Global Minimum Taxation, providing education on the topic through institutions such as the Slovenian Institute of Auditors (SIR), the Association of Banks of Slovenia and the Chamber of Tax Advisors of Slovenia.
Robert holds degree in Economics and Master of Science (M. Sc.) degree in Tax Law. Since 2013, he has been a licensed tax advisor by the Chamber of Tax Advisors of Slovenia.
His appointment further strengthens Forvis Mazars tax capabilities and our commitment to supporting clients with high-quality, professional practical and forward-looking tax advice.
