CEE Financial Advisory & European Deal Team

Based in Warsaw, Adam Zohry is strategically co-leading both the Financial Advisory practice and the Private Equity sector for the whole Central & Eastern European region directly covered by our firm. He is also part of the “Forvis Mazars European Deal Team” focusing on cross-border M&A dealmaking.

As such, he is actively engaged in Financial Advisory projects, with a focus on Corporate Finance/M&A (sell-side and buy-side). He advises multinationals, SMEs and PE funds on deals including company disposals, acquisitions, MBOs and finance raising. He has applied his knowledge in many diverse industries, such as Food & Beverage, Retail & Consumer, Manufacturing, Energy and Professional Services.
