Dejan Šimenc is an Audit Partner at Forvis Mazars in Slovenia, with more than 25 years of experience in auditing and advisory services. He leads audits of individual and consolidated financial statements prepared under Slovenian Accounting Standards and IFRS, with particular expertise in manufacturing and service companies, as well as listed entities.

Dejan is an expert in Slovenian accounting and tax legislation, IFRS, and the audit of complex business transactions and consolidated financial statements. Throughout his career, he has led audit engagements for numerous prominent Slovenian and international groups. He regularly participates in professional training and seminars organised by the Slovenian Institute of Auditors and international IFRS bodies. He is fluent in English.
