Kathy Lin Director, Taxation Practice

Kathy Lin is a seasoned tax professional with over 20 years of experience advising multinational companies on Taiwan taxation. 
She holds a Master of Science from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree from Taiwan Fu Jen Catholic University, bringing both international perspective and deep local expertise to her practice.

Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Kathy built and led the tax department at Deloitte Taiwan, where she worked alongside Mr Al Chang, Forvis Mazars Taiwan's Managing Partner. 
Her specializations span transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, tax compliance under mobility programs, and restructuring planning — making her a trusted advisor for multinational clients navigating the complexities of Taiwan's tax landscape.
