What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Auditor to join our growing Audit team.
This role is a great opportunity for an audit professional looking to take the next step in their career, strengthen their technical expertise, and take on increased responsibility in managing audit engagements and supporting junior team members.
As a Senior Auditor, you will work closely with experienced professionals and a diverse portfolio of clients across different industries, contributing to the planning and execution of audit engagements while ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective collaboration with both clients and team members.
Qualifications and skills required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in external audit, preferably within a professional services environment
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of audit procedures and accounting principles
- Good understanding of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute audit assignments effectively
- Ability to supervise and support junior team members throughout audit engagements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- Very good command of both English and Albanian
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented approach
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- ACCA qualification or ongoing ACCA studies would be considered an advantage
