Each year, it honours those who deliver an outstanding work experience with the highest standards of working conditions.

“At Forvis Mazars, we are proud to have achieved for the second year in the row the 'Best Places to Work' certification in 14 countries across CEE and Central Asia. This recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to quality, attention to people, and fostering a culture where feedback from our team continues to shine high. Together, we grow in our ambitions and careers, we belong to a supportive environment where the voice of everyone is counted and leave a real impact – in business, society and in the personal development of each one of us. This certification confirms once again what we are on the right track” mentioned Yulia Zaprudska, CEE HR Coordinator.

Top workplace factors assessed and rated

The three core top-rated factors were Diversity (92%), followed closely by Gender equity (91%) and Relationships with colleagues (87%).

More in depth, leadership, team work, the workplace environment and the Corporate Social Responsibility scored high, all at 84%.

Best HR practices appreciated

Every year, the programme partners with many organisations across different industries to help them measure, benchmark, improve their HR practices, and have access to the tools and expertise they need to deliver effective and sustainable change in their organisations.

Forvis Mazars is proud to have consolidated this certification once again in CEE and Central Asia, that will be valid until September 2026.
