With more than 15 years' experience spanning both industry and advisory roles, Alice brings a practical perspective to helping organisations embed sustainability into business decision-making and operations. Before joining Forvis Mazars, she held senior in-house positions in the fashion and hospitality sectors, including leading human rights programmes at a global retail organisation. This combination of strategic advisory and operational experience enables her to help clients navigate complex sustainability challenges while balancing commercial realities, regulatory expectations and long-term business resilience.
