Elena Aubrée is a Partner at Forvis Mazars and Head of Tax Advisory in France. She joined Mazars in 2011 after earning a DJCE in Business Law (Université Paris II) and gaining initial experience at Deloitte (Taj). She joined the firm to contribute to the development of the Tax Advisory practice in France.

She advises clients primarily in the real estate, energy, and infrastructure sectors, working closely with other Mazars service lines across audit, consulting, and M&A engagements, both in France and internationally. Her approach is strongly integrated, ensuring that tax expertise is embedded within broader multidisciplinary projects, aligned with client objectives.

Appointed Partner in 2015, Elena has continued to strengthen Mazars’ tax capabilities in France and internationally. In 2019, she took responsibility for the M&A Tax practice at Group level, further expanding her leadership within the organization.

In 2021, she was appointed Head of Tax Advisory for Mazars France and became a member of the Global Tax Board, while continuing to oversee M&A Tax activities at Group level.

She is also actively involved in professional and academic circles. Elena is a member of the EPRA Tax and Regulatory Committee (since 2023) and has been a lecturer in Real Estate Taxation at ESTP Paris since 2015.
