With a master’s degree in Internal Audit and Organizational Governance from the IAE in Aix-en-Provence, Frédéric Esterle began his career at Heineken in internal audit before joining KPMG. There, he held positions of increasing responsibility for more than twenty years, first with the Audit teams in Marseille, then with the Advisory teams in Paris, where he served as Director of the SAP practice.

• 2026Frédéric Esterle became a Partner for France at Forvis Mazars. 

Specializing in SAP S/4HANA programs for finance departments, he supports major industrial groups in their modernization and transformation projects based on SAP technologies, with particular expertise in the aerospace, defense, and energy sectors. He supports his clients from the definition of the target system through to post-deployment stabilization. His background, which combines auditing, internal control, and consulting, enables him to bridge the gap between finance departments, business teams, and information systems to ensure the success of these transformations.
