Hervé Bied-Charreton specializes in Private Equity and mergers and acquisitions. He regularly advises corporate groups and investment funds, both French and international, on disposal and acquisition transactions as well as LBOs, growth capital, venture capital, and joint ventures.

He also supports management teams and founders in transactions involving financial investors.

Hervé Bied-Charreton has recognized sector expertise, particularly in software, energy transition, biotech and medtech, and hospitality. He advises clients throughout the entire transaction cycle, from due diligence and structuring to negotiation and the drafting of contractual and corporate documentation.

He has more than ten years of experience in Private Equity and mergers and acquisitions, gained at the law firms VOLT Associés and Jones Day.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Hervé Bied-Charreton graduated from EDHEC Business School and from Paris XI University and Paris II Panthéon Assas University.
