Loïc Wallaert began his career at Arthur Andersen before joining Mazars in 1994, where he developed a strong international profile in the audit of large listed groups.
He has acted as signing partner for major international corporations, including Danone, Pernod Ricard, PSA Peugeot Citroën, Publicis, Schneider Electric, LVMH, and more recently Renault. His work has focused on complex audit engagements within large multinational environments, requiring strong technical expertise and deep understanding of global financial reporting frameworks.
Since 1995, Loïc has been heavily involved in the development and monitoring of Mazars’ international operations, contributing to the firm’s expansion and the structuring of its global organization. He has played a key role in the emergence of regional platforms and has been actively engaged in the governance of multiple international boards.
He is a member of the CEE and Africa & Middle East Boards of Mazars, and coordinates activities across the EMEA region and Canada, giving him extensive knowledge of the firm’s global network and international development strategy.
In addition, Loïc has been involved in external growth and integration projects, strengthening his expertise in cross-border operations and international audit environments. He also brings deep insight into the Mazars North American alliance ecosystem through his roles within Praxity.
