Mathieu Vincent is a Partner at Forvis Mazars, leading the Debt & Treasury Advisory department and specializing in treasury, financing, and financial instruments. He holds degrees from ESSEC Business School and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (Master of Science in Accountancy). He is a qualified French Chartered Accountant (DEC) and US CPA (Illinois).

After beginning his career in financial audit at PwC, Mathieu joined Mazars in 2009, where he initially worked in audit and IFRS technical expertise. He subsequently developed deep specialization in treasury operations and financial instruments accounting, under both IFRS and French GAAP standards.

Appointed Partner in 2016, he now leads a team of approximately 55 consultants dedicated to supporting corporate Treasury and Finance departments with both audit and advisory services.

At the international level, Mathieu also leads the Cash Flow & Working Capital Optimization offering within the Mazars Group, helping organizations improve liquidity management and financial efficiency.
