Professional Background

Olivier Leclerc holds a Specialized Master’s degree in Insurance and Finance from ESSEC Business School and has been with Forvis Mazars since 1998. He is currently a Partner responsible for the Insurance and Real Estate sectors in France.

A Statutory Auditor (Commissaire aux Comptes) and qualified actuary (actuaire mémorialiste), Olivier is responsible for the statutory audit of major insurance groups, including AXA France and COVEA, and also delivers a wide range of advisory services to other clients.

His consulting work focuses on organizational transformation, financial systems, and regulatory compliance, with a strong emphasis on the insurance industry. His main areas of expertise include:
