Sébastien Dalle Financial Advisory, Restructuring

A graduate in Finance and Economics from Paris Dauphine University, Sébastien Dalle began his career at PwC before serving in Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer roles within a mid-sized company. He later returned to consulting to relaunch the Restructuring practice.

• 2026Sébastien Dalle became a Partner at Forvis Mazars France, specializing in supporting companies, executives, and investors facing financial and/or operational distress across all sectors of the economy. 

He leads the Restructuring team within Financial Advisory in France. He is a member of the Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises (ARE) and teaches business turnaround and restructuring at several business schools and universities.
