Professional Background
Tristan is a Partner at Forvis Mazars, specializing in sustainability, CSR strategy, and ESG advisory services. An environmental engineer and graduate of ESCP Business School, he began his career at Deloitte, within the Sustainable Development practice, where he supported organizations in integrating environmental and social considerations into their operations.
He subsequently led the CSR offering at Grant Thornton for six years, strengthening his expertise in corporate social responsibility strategy, ESG implementation, and sustainability transformation.
Tristan joined Forvis Mazars at the end of 2021 to contribute to the development and expansion of the firm’s Sustainability service line.
He provides both audit and advisory services to major groups and SMEs, working closely with Sustainability, Human Resources, Procurement, Risk, and Compliance departments to design and implement effective ESG frameworks and responsible business practices.
In parallel, he is also active in academia and teaches Corporate Social Responsibility at ESCP Business School, contributing to the development of future sustainability leaders.
