International Women’s Day 2026: #OwnTheImpact for an equitable future

At our firm, owning the impact means taking measurable action to advance gender equity – within our organisation and across the communities in which we operate. This year, on the occasion of International Women’s Day and beyond, we are placing a clear focus on having honest conversations, identifying areas that still require improvement and driving tangible initiatives that deliver progress.

We have renewed our commitment to achieving gender balance across leadership and throughout our talent pipeline. We will continue to monitor our progress through a structured self-assessment tool we have designed to  provide actionable and clear steps to support and advance gender equity in organisations. By making this framework publicly available, we aim to encourage other leaders to reflect critically on their own DEI strategies and policies and strengthen their own equity journeys.

Internally, we are reinforcing our awareness and accountability. This year, we hosted a firm-wide webinar where our leadership, including the Group CEO, shared updates on strategy and recent developments, and colleagues from different countries highlighted best practices, allowing everyone to listen and learn from initiatives across the world.

Progress requires self-reflection – challenging assumptions, setting clear expectations and integrating equity into leadership conversations. True change starts when leaders take responsibility, honestly assess their current state, listen to lived experiences and use data to guide decisions.
